We recommend washing our Cat Ear Hats by hand in cold water with a mild soap/laundry detergent, as necessary.

Avoid agitating, twisting, or wringing them out; Gently squeeze out any excess moisture, and lay flat to dry.

To help your hat dry more quickly, you can roll it up in a towel before laying it out to dry.

Avoid applying heat to the attached ribbon (where applicable).

Our Return Policy through Etsy is set to "No" because otherwise the cost of a return label would fall to you, the buyer. Again, please message us directly if you are interested in returning or exchanging your order.

Don't panic, this is how the hats are designed. The ears are formed once the hat is placed on a human head. The points of the "square" form the ears once the hat has been manipulated into a 3D shape. It stores flat for easy transportation. (Examples of the hats being stored flat can be seen in our Hat Sizing images, featured in any of our regular Cat Ear Hat listings),
